Homes Unlimited is a Licensed Real Estate Agent, trading from Hisaronu, near Oludeniz, Fethiye, Turkey.   It is part of a British/Turkish company run by Denise and her Turkish Husband Nail.  Denise originally from the UK, moved to Turkey over 20 years ago when she was the area manager for ‘Sun Med’ now merged and known as ‘First Choice’ a UK holiday company.

Denise started her own business; incorporating a Travel Agency called Activities Unlimited and built this up locally, offering excursions, Airport transfers, flight tickets and all other services required by a Holiday Maker in the area. 

With the advent of the new laws in Turkey for foreign purchase of Real Estate, Denise and her husband Nail decided to expand their business into the Turkish real estate market.  Nail had worked for many years at the local Planning offices in Fethiye and is qualified and was responsible for mapping etc. so was well able to embark in this new direction. In 2000, Denise appeared on the Channel 4 program ‘A Place in the Sun’ and following this things really started to happen.

They had started off  by building ‘bespoke homes’ for several people from the UK and from there went on to build many apartments and Villas in the Hisaronu, Ovacik, Fethiye and Calis areas.  Their reputation for ‘Build Quality’ and delivering on time was and still is second to none in the area and Denise along with Nail featured on several Turkish Television programs over the following years.  Just this year, 2009 Leopard Films approached Denise to make a film with them about buying and living in the area and this short film will appear in the winter of 2009/2010 as a ‘House Hunters International’ program due to be screened on UK television.

Though no longer building as many properties, Denise and Nail are still happy to source land and help the overseas purchaser realize their dream home in Turkey.  The business of Homes Unlimited carries on as a ‘Real Estate Agency’ and in this regard they have again built up their reputation as one of, honesty, reliability and stability.  With their sister companies offering all the back-up required by the owner abroad, such as rentals, management and maintenance, cleans and airport transfers, Homes Unlimited located in the centre of Hisaronu, has become a one-stop shop for both property owners and prospective buyers in the area.
